Main characteristics of the service:

• Duration: 5 hours;
• Number of tasks: 6 pcs;
• Priority: Low;
• Validity period: 1 month;
• Setting tasks per day: 1 pc;
• Working hours: from 09:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time);
• Type of service: physical presence.

*Response time for a task with low priority within three hours. You can increase the priority of the task for an additional fee in agreement with the manager.

Types of priority and response time:

• Low – response time within three hours (additional payment of 0% of the cost of the service);
• Medium – response time within one hour (surcharge 40% of the cost of the service);
• High – completion of the task after its payment (additional payment of 80% of the cost of the service).

What works are performed as part of the service:

• Looking after a city apartment;
• Visit once a month;
• Photo/video report on all premises;
• Payment of utility services;
• Inspection of engineering communications;
• Seizure of mail and correspondence.

Reporting document:
