**Terms for the provision of services: the work is performed the next day, after the Customer provides the specification for the goods and payment for the Contractor’s services. Approximate service delivery time is 2 working days (16 hours).
What works are performed as part of the service:
- Search for goods according to the Customer’s specification;
- Photo and video shooting of found goods;
- Communication with suppliers of goods: purchase of goods, checking the quantity and compliance;
- Communication with transport companies: organization of the process of sending goods to the Customer.
*Cost of the service: for an individual – 10% of the purchased goods, but not less than 10,000 rubles, for a legal entity – 18% of the purchased goods, but not less than 20,000 rubles.
**Additional costs: transport costs for the delivery of goods and additional packaging are paid by the Customer.
Priority types and response times:
- Low - response time within three hours (additional payment 0% of the service cost);
- Medium - response time within one hour (surcharge 40% of the service cost);
- High - completing the task after paying for it (additional payment of 80% of the service cost).
